Determining comparators in Asda equal pay case - Asda Stores Ltd v Brierley [CA] 31.01.19 (Unreported)

Workers in retail stores were employed under comparable terms and conditions to those working in separate distribution depots for the same employer for the purposes of equal pay claims under the Equality Act 2010 s.79(4)(c) and the Equal Pay Act 1970 s.1(6).
