Court of Appeal judgment re meaning of "worker" - Day v Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust [CA] 05.05.17 (Unreported)

The fact that an individual was a "worker" within the meaning of the Employment Rights Act 1996 s.230(3) did not preclude them from also falling within the extended meaning of "worker" in s.43K(1)(a)(ii).
