Court of Appeal decision re failure to pay salary where no bank details provided - Oyesanya v Mid-Yorkshire Hospital NHS Trust [CA] 15.10.15 (Unreported)

An employer was not in breach of contract for failing to make salary payments during an employee's employment where the employee had not signed a provided written contract, which provided for electronic monthly payment, and had not provided his bank details. Accordingly, his claim for unpaid salary, which was brought six years after the date for payment of the final month's salary, was not time-barred because the cause of action in respect of the entire debt accrued upon the termination of his employment.
