Court of Appeal decision in Lock v British Gas holiday pay case - Lock v British Gas Trading Ltd [CA] 07.10.16 (Unreported)
In the case of an employee who was employed on terms to which the Employment Rights Act 1996 s.221(2) applied, the Working Time Regulations 1998 should be construed so that an employee who earned results-based commission in addition to his basic salary should have his holiday pay calculated by reference to his total remuneration.http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWCA/Civ/2016/983.html
