Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidance for employees, employers and businesses
Updated information on healthcare advice for employers and support for businesses details business support measures on rate relief and loans announced on 17 March 2020. They include: a Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme, to be delivered by the British Business Bank, which will enable businesses to apply for a loan of up to £5 million; refunds for businesses with fewer than 250 employees for the cost of providing 14 days of Statutory Sick Pay per employee; a £10,000 cash grant to the smallest businesses, delivered by local authorities; and a business rates holiday for retail, hospitality and leisure businesses in England for the 2020 to 2021 tax year.https://www.gov.uk/government/news/coronavirus-covid-19-guidance-for-employees-employers-and-businesses
