Consultation paper on integrating sustainability risks and factors in MiFID II

A European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) consultation paper discusses topics which the European Commission requested ESMA to provide technical advice on with regard to the integration of sustainability risks and sustainability factors. It considers: organisational requirements; risk management; and product governance. It also includes suggested amendments to the ESMA guidelines on MiFID II product governance requirements and the ESMA guidelines on certain aspects of the MiFID II suitability requirements. Comments by 19 February 2019.
