Public consultation on an employer's obligation to inform employees of the conditions applicable to the contract or employment relationship (the so-called "Written Statement Directive").
The main purpose of this consultation is to gather insights and contributions from the public in the context of the ongoing evaluation of the Written Statement Directive (Directive 91/533).
