Commit & publish is the next step
On 23 May 2017, seven leading organisations published their data on older workers for the first time, to contribute to the debate and help support Business in the Community (BiC)'s call to action to employ one million more older workers by 2022. Atos, Aviva, Barclays, The Co-operative Group, Home Instead Senior Care, Mercer, Walgreens Boots Alliance and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme are the first employers to commit to the 2022 target and to publish age data. The target has been set out in BiC's capacity as Government Business Champion for Older Workers.http://age.bitc.org.uk/news-opinion/opinion/commit-publish-next-step
