Christian fights NHS for right to talk of her faith
Appeal by NHS health worker Victoria Wasteney against employment tribunal decision that upheld disciplinary action against her for bullying and harassing a junior Muslim colleague. The colleague claimed that she had tried to convert her to Christianity. Ms Wasteney argues that her rights under article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights have been breached.
