Can changing an employee’s duties amount to a constructive unfair dismissal?

This is a topic which has been in the news recently following the tribunal case brought by Stella English, a winner of The Apprentice, against Lord Sugar. Ms English claimed that she had been constructively dismissed, alleging that the £100,000-a-year role she was given after winning the show was that of an “overpaid lackey”.
