Burden of proof in discrimination cases - Ayodele v Citylink Ltd [CA] 24.11.17 (Unreported)

In discrimination claims brought under the Equality Act 2010 s.136 the initial burden of proof remained on an employee, as it had under the earlier Race Relations Act 1976 s.54A, contrary to the decision in Efobi v Royal Mail Group Ltd which was wrong and should not be followed.
