£8,000 award over picture sacking
Employment tribunal decision that Faisal Auld had been unfairly dismissed by his employer, Norbert Dentressangle. He had been sacked for posting a photograph of himself in a "sexually compromising position" at work. The company was found to have had no social media policy in place.Link to Westlaw Version
