10 employment cases to look out for in 2014
Should holiday pay include commission payments? Is there a duty to make reasonable adjustments for an employee associated with a disabled person? Will the Court of Appeal overturn the EAT’s decision that the obligation to consult collectively arises when an employer proposes to make 20 or more redundancies within a 90-day period, regardless of whether the employees work at the same or separate establishments?
