Grievance Meetings

If a formal grievance has been raised, the first step is to arrange a meeting with the employee, usually before the investigation. Think about who should hear the grievance; the employee’s right to be accompanied; what issues should be covered at the meeting; and what to do if the employee doesn’t turn up.
