Parental Leave: Manage Requests

Employees must give you at least 21 days’ notice of their intention to take parental leave. You cannot completely refuse to allow an employee to take parental leave (assuming they are eligible for this and have given the correct notice) but in some circumstances you can postpone the dates of an employee’s parental leave.
