During Parental Leave: T's and C's

Employees are not entitled to be paid during parental leave unless you provide for this in their contract or your policy. Likewise, they are not entitled to other benefits (such as access to a company car or mobile phone) but they are entitled to rely on certain of their terms and conditions. Their contract of employment continues during their leave (unless they are dismissed or resign) and they accrue continuous employment and statutory holidays.
